Apple Watch continues ‘reign’ in the smart watch market

Apple has a 55% market share.

The latest report from Strategy Analytics indicates that the Apple Watch remains the most popular product in the smartwatch market with a 55% ‘slice’.

The Apple watch managed to sell 7.6 million units in the first three months of the year, up from 6.2 million units in the same period in 2019.

In total, purchases of smartwatches increased by 20% over the last year, positive signs for a market that, until a few years ago, thought it had little potential.
