D4DJ First Mix anime reveals premiere date

On the official Twitter account for the anime adaptation of Bushiroad’s D4DJ (Dig Delight Direct Drive DJ) project, which will be titled D4DJ First Mix, it was revealed that the project has dated its Japanese premiere for October 30.

This project emerges as the new Bushiroad trend of producing multimedia projects, following the success of BanG Dream! and Revue Starlight. D4DJ will include live performances, animation, and games. The project incorporates both new music and remixes of popular music from the industry. On the part of the video game, the developer Donuts is taking care of it, which will be titled D4DJ Groovy Mix and which will be released for mobile devices this fall.

Production team

Seiji Mizushima (Fullmetal Alchemist, Mobile Suit Gundam 00) will direct the D4DJ First Mix anime at Sanzigen Animation Studio (BanG Dream !, Monster Strike the Animation).
Bushiroad is credited with the original idea, and company founder and current president Takaaki Kidani serves as executive producer.
Ko Nakamura (BanG Dream!) Is credited with the original story.
Masahiro Nakayama is the production supervisor, and Shigero Saitou (Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu, Lucky Star) is in charge of composing the soundtrack.
The Happy Around! will perform the opening theme.

D4DJ First Mix Synopsis
