Jujutsu Kaisen reveals promo video for his second half

On the official site for the animated adaptation of the manga written and illustrated by Gege Akutami, Jujutsu Kaisen, the fourth promotional video of the project was published. The video is focused on the second half of the animated adaptation and shows a fragment of the second opening song titled “VIVID VICE” and performed by Who-ya Extended.

This second half will begin with the broadcast of the fourteenth episode on January 15 in Japan, after a two-week hiatus that included a special episode (presumably a compilation) on January 8 in Japan. The series has been on air since last October 2 and is confirmed with a total of 24 episodes.

Finally, its global distribution is in the hands of the Crunchyroll platform, while Akutami has been publishing the manga in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine since March 2018.

Production team

Sunghoo Park (God of High School, Garo: Vanishing Line) is directing the anime at MAPPA Studios.
Hiroshi Seko (Dorohedoro, Banana Fish) is in charge of writing and supervising the scripts.
Tadashi Hiramatsu (Yuri! On Ice, Parasyte: The Maxim) is in charge of character design.
Hiroaki Tsutsumi, Yoshimasa Terui, and Okehazama Alisa are in charge of composing the soundtrack.
Who-ya Extended performs the second opening track titled “VIVID VICE” while Cö shu Nie performs the second ending track titled “give it back”.
