During a special broadcast for the video game for smartphones Sword Art Online Unleash Blading, a new song was announced by the singer ASCUS, entitled “Gyakkyou Spectrum (逆境 ス ペ ク ト ル) ”, which serves as the main theme song for the title’s new opening sequence. The song, meanwhile, will be released physically on an EP-CD on January 26, 2022 in Japan, while the digital version will be released on November 23.
The video game is described as follows: «More original stories and non-anime scenes based on the TV series Alicization! New Alicization episodes connected to the original story. Vibrant combat with sword skills and the will of the heart with colorful sequences that simulate the action of anime characters! Manage techniques with varied effects and attributes and face powerful enemies with the same characters! And also characters from “Sword Art Online”, “Alfheim Online” and “Gun Gale Online”! Create your own group with characters of all kinds!».
