Edmund McMillen announced Repentance in 2018, the latest expansion to release for The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth. Fans of the game have waited patiently for this release and, after months without knowing anything about it, it finally has a release date.
Nicalis thanked the players for their support and reported that Repentance will be available first on PC. Later, the expansion will debut on consoles. It is important to mention that, for now, there is only a release date for the content on PC.
When will The Binding of Isaac: Repentance debut on PC?
In case you don’t remember, we tell you that The Binding of Isaac: Repentance will be a robust package of content. The expansion will add 130 more items to the game, giving a total of 700 items to use in games.
On the other hand, veteran fans will have a good reason to try it, as it will include an alternate path with new chapters, an additional final boss and one more ending to close the game with a flourish.
If the above seemed little to you, take into account that Repentance will arrive with 100 new enemies, 25 more bosses, 2 new playable characters, more than 100 additional achievements, 5 new challenges and more than 5000 rooms with new designs to explore.
