The RPG will be available in our region in 2021

Disgaea fans are excited, knowing that 2021 will be a good year for the franchise. At some point in the summer, players will be able to enjoy Disgaea 6: Defiance of Destiny, the latest installment in the series in development for Nintendo Switch.

The good news doesn’t stop there, as another game in the RPG series is also coming to the West next year. We refer to Disgaea RPG, game by Nippon Ichi Software and ForwardWorks.

In case you don’t remember, this is a mobile game that debuted in Japan early last year. The companies decided to collaborate with Boltrend Games to bring the game to more fans and launch it in other countries around the world.

Disgaea RPG to debut in the West next year

The studios announced that Disgaea RPG will have a worldwide release on iOS and Android devices. This will happen sometime in the spring of next year, but for now there is no official confirmed date.

We also know that Boltrend Games is planning a closed beta that will allow some players to test the game before its release. However, the test will only be available in a few countries, such as Brazil, Canada, Australia, and the Philippines.

The Beta will start in January 2021 for both Android and iOS. For now, it is not known if it will be extended to more regions in the future. The game for mobile phones already has an official page in English, where details of its characters and their history are offered.
